Built to turn loyal customers into lasting companies.
ASHTec helps technology companies with a recurring revenue model get back on track, and helps promising new ventures start the right way.
Our story
Customer-first, results-oriented.
ASHTec was founded to help turn around challenged technology companies with a recurring revenue model. Many MSPs, ISVs, IaaS and SaaS providers have a loyal customer base and still struggle to stay viable. Smaller companies have few good options for fixing that, and that's the gap we fill.
Our customer-first approach helps companies use the loyalty they've already earned while guiding the transformation needed to become profitable. We bring deep expertise in MSP, ISV, IaaS and SaaS models, along with a background in verticals like finance and healthcare.
ASHTec also works as an incubator, providing business consulting and hands-on executive leadership to new ventures from idea through launch.
How we think
Not purely advisory. Not purely delivery.
We work where strategy becomes execution, and execution drives results.
Customer-first is an operating model
Sales, services, support and leadership all share responsibility for the customer's success.
Strategy grounded in reality
Plans are built around how the business actually runs, so they can actually be carried out.
Delivery tied to outcomes
Every project has to move the business forward, not just get finished.
Technology that works
Technology, including AI, only creates value when it's dependable and built into real workflows.
